SMS Terms: C&R Asphalt Receipts

C&R Asphalt Receipts is a text message program of C&R Asphalt, LLC for our own employees and company card holders. It is not a marketing program, and it is not for customers.

What the program does

Employees text a photo of a purchase receipt or a PO request to the company program number. We use receipts to match company card charges and keep expense records. For PO requests, we collect the vendor, job, items and estimated total, route the request to the office, and provide request status and the assigned PO number after office approval. Creating or assigning a PO follows the office approval process; sending a text does not approve a purchase.

How you join

The office gives each participant a written notice with the program number and links to these terms and our Privacy Policy. After reading the notice and terms, you join by texting your first receipt photo or PO request to that number. By doing so, you agree to receive C&R Asphalt receipt confirmations, receipt reminders, requests for clearer photos or missing details, and PO request, approval and number-assignment updates at the mobile number you texted from. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of any purchase. Employees who do not want program texts can submit receipts and PO requests to the office instead.

Messages you may receive

  • A confirmation that we received your receipt.
  • A reminder when we are missing a receipt for a company card charge.
  • A request for a clearer photo or a missing detail, such as a PO number.
  • A confirmation that your PO request arrived, a request for missing purchasing details, and its review status.
  • The result of office review and the assigned PO number after approval.

Message frequency varies with how many purchases, receipts and PO requests you have.

Cost

C&R Asphalt does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to stop messages from this program. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more. To start again, text START to the same number. If you stop the texts, submit receipts and PO requests to the office.

Other terms

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your phone.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy (asphaltanimals.com/privacy-policy/). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
